To prospective holiday makers considering Affordable Campervans,

My family had a desire to go to New Zealand, and see the wonderful sites, at our own pace meant we needed a campervan to achieve this.  This left us 2 major fears: 1. driving with such a big van, and 2. Are we too old (or at least our bodies). 

Affordable Campervans, was our solution.  The vans were car size, except we sat taller, so I could drive them comfortably in a city.  As sometimes happens, business commitments by my partner meant that I picked up the van on my own with my 10 year old son.  My partner joined me on the other side of the south island about 5 days later.  I, as a non camping, city woman, handled this van on my own, without stress or fear.  When talking to other holiday makers that had a large Mauri campervan, they where complaining at how hard it was for them to get around the cities.

The cost meant that if we wanted the luxury for a night we could budget this in.  Having the campervan gave us the flexibility and ease to enjoy a flexible holiday without stress or worry.  The smaller van allowed us to utilize this as a car, and the cost was only $28.00 NZ more than a car per day.  The campervan meant we could also stay in a range of places without needing to book

Well, we had one fear and it happened.  We damaged the van.  I was fretful, but Joy and David, the owners, resolved this without any effect on our holiday, and they are happy to have us rent again.   David and Joy are obviously aware of campervan holiday makers needs, and they do their best to see these are fulfilled.

When we go back to New Zealand for a holiday again, we will certainly be seeking to hire a campervan from Affordable Campervans.  They gave us the restful break we as business people need, without the stress of driving an oversized vehicle, or having to book every where we go.     

If you like us want a simple, relaxing and flexible holiday in New Zealand, with a desire to see more than the cities.  Then you really must consider Affordable Campervans.

New Zealand is a stunning country of unparalleled beauty and has been designed for great road trips. Main roads and highways are well sign-posted and caravan parks and tourist facilities plentiful. 
About 12-months ago a friend and I toured the North Island for two weeks.  We picked up Princess, the campervan- from Affordable Campervan Hire in Auckland and went north.  We ended our trip together in Wellington where I met my partner and caught the ferry across to South Island. 
Sadly we only had one week to experience the breathtaking scenery of the south and it was mission Milford Sound.  We dropped Princess off with company owners Joy and David Bishop in Christchurch before flying home.
It was the first time I?d travelled with my home on my back and I loved the freedom of going wherever the spirit of adventure took us.  Being able to stop anywhere, anytime and take in the stunning scenery made for some memorable moments that we will never forget. 
I booked the trip over the Internet and we were picked up at Auckland Airport and dropped off at the airport in Christchurch.  It couldn?t have been easier and throughout the trip, Joy and David were just a phone call away if we needed anything.  Their vehicles are fully-equipped with crockery, cutlery and linen, plus lots of little extras like maps to make your trip enjoyable.  For added peace of mind each vehicle is insured and covered by (you?ll have to put in the name here guys) roadside assistance just in case anything goes wrong.
Affordable Campervan Hire also lived up to its name with rates I found impossible to beat. The Land of the Long White Cloud is spectacular and there?s no better way to see it than in a campervan.
